We have to watch ourselves, like we are the directors and script-writers of the play(s) that we are acting in, and try to be sure that all that we say and do is motivated by love for the planet and its features, and for the people and other life around us, including ourselves, in the best way.

When we are not motivated by that love, and it can take many forms, we are choosing to be stalled in the apparent time period in the evolution of our world and our humanity when motivations were otherwise.

We can contribute energy to the process of healing this planet that we live on. The process has been going on for some time, and is intensifying now.

Locate yourself in a natural setting, away from any city or town, or if that’s not reasonable, a city park will work. Stand upright and imagine yourself being part of a vibrating strand or bolt of crystal white light that is passing completely through the Earth, something like a stationary bolt of lightning. That bolt of light is the central axis of a torus shape made of waves of golden energy that arc away from each end of the bolt and curve around the planet to meet each other, forming that torus shape. If you’re not familiar with what that shape is, it’s something like a fat donut or car tire laying flat on its side, thick and high, even higher than it’s diameter, and the hole in the middle is nearly closed, but not quite, so that hole forms something like a tube but the sides of the tube are not solid. Nothing in this torus is solid, but rather is vibrating waves of energy.

So imagine yourself as the pivoting axis of that torus of healing energy. The bolt of white light is passing through you, through all of your chakras, and through the entire planet Earth. Now rotate yourself. You can hold your arms outward if you want, or leave them at your sides, or form a point with them over your head, or just let them relax. Rotate 360 degrees one direction or the other, then rotate again in the opposite direction. Like when you were a kid and were intentionally trying to make yourself dizzy, only now do it fairly slowly. Just do these rotations slowly, and imagine the healing waves of the torus and the power of the axis of light. You can choose how many times you rotate in each direction; it’s just good to do it the same number of times to each side.

And of course, given the creative powers of human thought and mind, it’s possible to make this gesture and this contribution in our imaginations.

We’re all co-creators, and we’re in the process now of creating the new earth that has been spoken of often and is, shall we say, long-awaited. The Earth is glad that it’s happening too, and greatly appreciates people who want to contribute to this process of cleansing and healing. And don’t forget the power of your own smile.

And we can imagine surrounding this living planet Earth with love, as if we ourselves are the God that is understood in the song lyrics, “He’s got the whole world in his hands.” We really and truly do have such power.

Our lives present us with our choice of seminars.

Often in colleges, universities, students are offered a choice of seminars. A seminar — from the Latin seminarium, meaning a breeding ground or a plant nursery — is a chance for students to meet with a professor who guides discussions and considerations of some particular subject or aspects of that subject.

During our lifetimes, we are presented with a wide array of seminars. Sometimes there isn’t a particular “professor” or guide of any kind; we just choose to do something on our own and to let the experience itself be our guide, and eventually, our outcome. Sometimes we stay in a particular seminar for a long time. In some lifetimes, we choose many different seminars and change often.

We are hearing more and more frequently from “spiritual guides” that we have made our own choices about which seminars will be presented to us during a lifetime, even before we came into the incarnation. Part of what is important to learn is that whatever “seminar” of experiences we are in at the moment or have just extricated ourselves from or are about to enter, that seminar is of our own choosing and is intended as a nursery and growing plot for our soul, our higher self, our own unique expression of the One Evolving Heart.

Regardless of the content of a seminar, we chose it for its potentials to expand us. Smile about it, and be grateful for it, and for all of them, and love ourselves for having made the choice and expand and move on to the next one, or several.

The DT-led maelstrom is a message to the human species worldwide; something like a litmus test —

“First of all, a soul is not something that you have. It is what you are…. The trouble is that you frequently consider the soul or entity as a finished, static “thing” that belongs to you but is not you. The soul or entity — in other words, your most intimate powerful inner identity — is and must be forever changing…. It is alive, responsive, curious. It forms the flesh and the world that you know, and it is in a state of becoming.

The soul or entity is always in a state of flux, or learning, and of developments that have to do with subjective experience rather than with time or space.

The soul is first of all creative…. The soul or entity is itself the most highly motivated, most highly energized, and most potent consciousness-unit known in any universe. It is energy concentrated to a degree quite unbelievable to you. It contains potential unlimited, but it must work out its own identity and form its own worlds. Within it are personality potentials beyond your comprehension. You are one manifestation of your own soul. How many of you would want to limit your reality, your entire reality, to the experience you now know? You do this when you imagine that your present self is your entire personality, or insist that your identity be maintained unchanged through an endless eternity.

“Dark matter” isn’t a good name for that stuff.

Quantum physics keeps on describing the fundamental parts of our universe, and it never takes much of a stretch to correlate those descriptions to the principles of our spiritual existence, as they have been described for thousands of years by the varieties of mystics and teachers who have lived on our planet. It seems to me that dark matter is the equivalent of love, given the way it exists and the functions that it apparently performs.

Dark Matter is a physical correlate to The One Big Love.

From Dolores Cannon’s second Convoluted Universe book, page 648:

All you need to do is focus here (within you) creating your heaven on Earth. Each human being creating their own heaven on Earth. That’s all you have to do. And coming together with others who are creating their own heaven on Earth. And then expanding that energy out. And before you know it, you’ve changed the world. You don’t even think about the world. What you focus on is what you create. Think about peace. The main thing people have to understand is that, what they focus on expands. So if they can replace predictions with something that is wonderful and expand that, then they can create their own heaven on Earth…. So imagine your thought becoming energy. And the more energy you give it, the stronger that becomes. And then it manifests, and it becomes real. It becomes physical.

So if you send a thought out that there’s going to be peace and then you follow that with “Oh, but that war’s getting worse,” or “Those politicians are making a mistake”, you weaken the energy, the positive strand of energy that you brought out. So send out the positive thoughts and reinforce them with more positive thoughts, and then more positive thoughts. Then you’re adding to and contributing to the energy ball of possibility. And with enough thoughts, the possibilities become real.

I’ve been reading Ram Dass and Eckhart Tolle and Seth Speaks for several years, have recently been watching videos of the messages that have come through Dolores Cannon. DC talks of the importance of working out karma that has accumulated. Most spiritual writers/teachers talk of the ego, of illusion, and RD talks of developing “the witness”, that part of us that we feel and know as being in us, sort of “behind the scenes”, observing us do what we do in our daily, hourly, lives. It’s a friendly thing; is just our true self that’s been through all of our lifetimes with us — our soul, our spirit. I recently wrote a sort of poem calling this witness The Anonymous Heart.

And for me, that RD witness concept works well when I think of theatre, stage, actor, director, script-writer, and audience. The witness is like the director and script-writer, being in the audience watching what’s going on on the stage, in the life, much of it being improvisation, based generally on the script that it wrote at the beginning of the lifetime. And our ego is like the actor out there on the stage, interacting and improvising with other actors who were included by agreement in that script: the existence of that arrangement and agreement is described by both Seth and DC, among many others of course.

So where does the karma exist? It gets developed there in the improvisation on the stage, between and among the actors, the egos. Resentment, anger, fear, disappointment — the list can go on … it all gets developed and exists there on the stage among the actors. It’s they who want to hold on to that stuff, because it gives them something to work with in their improvised roles. So if we’re looking to let go of our karma, to get it worked out and not create any more of it, it’s just to tell our ego-actor to stop doing that stuff, say what needs to be said and do what needs to be done among the other actors, and start doing and saying things differently, meaning saying and doing things that are based in love.  And DC and Seth both say that we absolutely have the “power” to affect our lives in that way, in any way that we want to. Our witness, our anonymous heart, can make adjustments to the script and to the stage directions any time we ask it to. We just have to become more consciously aware of that witness, that heart, than we are of the ego-actor. We have to “identify” less and less with the ego-actor and more and more with the witness-heart.

The ego-actors create interactions based in their fears about their roles. The witness-heart writes the script based in love. It’s about motivation based not on what one will get or not get, but rather on what one can give.

So there will be awkward situations, where when you experience totality, you will act in a way that will be in opposition to the cultural expectations, and the heavens will fall on you, and there’ll be judgement. But if you are rooted in the deepest truth of your moment, then you are standing on as strong a ground as you have.

Where are we when we feel the soul

Is the soul the same as the heart when we say
Follow your heart
Your heart knows the way

And is that heart and that soul the same as what we call Intuition

That still small voice within

And is that who we are really

And when we make a choice, who is it who makes that choice

Does that that made that choice have our name

Is that our soul that makes the choice

Or does our soul witness us making the choice

And after the choice is made
and the events and reactions and emotions are unfolding

Is it that that has our name that
is engaged in all of the unfolding

Is our soul our heart our intuition engaged
or is it audience to all of the unfolding

As the scene unfolds in front of us

Who is it that is engaged, experiencing the reactions and the emotions

And what of us is witness to it all

Can we sense that part of us that is witness to it all

That knows that all will be well

And so then this thing that knows that all will be well

Is that not the same as what we would call our heart

The heart that we would follow

Maybe even call God

Our bigger heart

Our eternal heart that is not the same

As the temporary heart that is with our name

Is that not our anonymous heart

Our own part of the one heart

That is so often called God
