This food that comes to you now is of an extremely potent type, extraordinarily rich in nutrients that are composed of light particles and plasma that your cells and your heart know very well how to metabolize. Breathing deeply and slowly will enhance the metabolizing.

As with any food, and with any energy, it is yours to use as you would use it, for your own purposes. And of course, you are completely free to choose those purposes. This message is more about your sovereignty — your Sovereignty in Source — than it is about food.

Do not doubt, not even for one breath’s intake, that you are ready for your receiving and your ingesting of this food. It is affecting your cells; but will not limit its effects to your physical being but will affect every aspect of your being in all aspects of all of your existences. You are fully prepared for this reception and for these effects precisely now and in all of your existences, for you have been you for much longer than you can know by thinking about it. You are ready, precisely now, because of all that you are, precisely you, precisely now.

These days now are full of this food and you don’t even have to harvest it. The supply of it is abundant, it is infinite. Be with your heart as it feels the flood of this food. In every breath.
