Slow

It begins as a slowness of motion.

A slow extension of an arm.
Slow neck and head adjustments.
Do it.
Try to do it.
Try the slowness.
Even eyes moving slowly. Try that.
Eyes move slowly, then the head slowly follows.
Adjust the leg positions.
It’s okay to move them at the same time.
It can be done slowly. Very slowly.
Look at something to your right.
Count to eight, as eight seconds, even slower, as you turn your head
to look at something on your left.
Practice that.
Look then to the right again, very slowly.
Move your eyes slowly.
Let your head follow slowly.

Breathing is slow now.
Use your hand to rub your face.
Use twenty-nine maybe thirty-four slow counts to do it
rather than your usual four counts.
Raising an arm and lowering an arm can last for many counts.
Even the voice inside can talk with you slowly.

Now you have given space between waves of energy.
Have given opportunity to much that is there for you to receive and to understand.
Again.
To understand again.
You know it.
Your energy torus that always surrounds you, that emanates from inside you,
Is an attribute of your soul, your oversoul, your true essence,
Is now receiving easily.
It buffers what is coming to you.
Now you can experience the communications, think of what that means.
Now you can experience the visions, think of what that means.
The communications and visions and feelings, senses, intuitions,
Are borne on ripples and waves of energy.
Think slowly of what that means.

The molecules and atoms of the third and fourth dimension,
You can experience them from dimensions where there is only unformed energy.
And begin to truly understand and begin to live with and to use
Yes, to use,
Unformed energies
Rather than only the energies that are focused into forms.
Think and feel slowly of what that means.

Now you are understanding and you understand that it is understanding because
You know it. Have always known it.
Being, feeling, living, being,
In your own knowing.
Yes, again,,,
Think and feel slowly of what that means.
